Text messaging (SMS) program terms
Program name and sender
All text messages in this program are sent by Dynamic Health Institute, the same business name used in our messaging registration and sample messages. Every message identifies Dynamic Health Institute as the sender.
Types of messages you may receive
Two separate programs, each with its own consent: (1) transactional messages — account alerts, appointment and dose reminders, prescription and refill notifications, and replies from our care team; and (2) marketing and promotional messages — offers, program news, and health education. Consenting to one does not enroll you in the other.
How consent is obtained
Consent is collected through explicit, separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default on our contact and intake forms. Submitting a phone number alone is not consent. Neither consent is required to submit a form, purchase a membership, or receive care, and marketing consent can never block a form submission.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. Transactional messages are sent as events occur. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than 4 to 8 times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dynamic Health Institute does not charge for text messages.
Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help or email support@dynamichealthinstitute.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages in that program. You can also reply STOP to a marketing message while continuing to receive transactional messages, or contact us to withdraw either consent.
Carriers and delivery
Supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy and your number
Dynamic Health Institute does not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and located in the United States. Notify us if your number changes or is no longer yours.

By using this website or our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
No medical advice on this site
Content on this site is general information, not medical advice, and does not create a provider-patient relationship. A prescription is never guaranteed; eligibility is a clinical determination made by a licensed provider. Call 911 in an emergency.
Memberships and fees
Membership and prescription management fees are billed monthly and recur until canceled. Fees cover clinical oversight and management, not the cost of medication, which your pharmacy bills separately. You may cancel or change plans at any time from your member portal.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or submit another person's information without authorization.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Health Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
