Effective September 2, 2026 · Dynamic Health Institute
1. Who we are
Dynamic Health Institute ("we", "us", "our") operates dynamichealthinstitute.com and the DynaFit GLP-1 prescription management program. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to privacy@dynamichealthinstitute.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the content of your message, and your text message consent selections. If you become a patient, we also collect the health information you submit through our intake and the clinical records created by your provider. We collect limited technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide and manage your care, send the transactional and marketing messages you have consented to, keep records required by law, and improve our services. We do not use your health information for advertising.
4. Text messaging and SMS consent
We collect text message consent only through explicit, separate, unchecked checkboxes — one for transactional messages (account alerts, reminders, and notifications) and one for marketing and promotional messages. Providing a phone number by itself never constitutes consent, and neither consent is required to submit a form, make a purchase, or receive care. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages, and each can be withdrawn independently.Dynamic Health Institute does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only parties that receive your mobile number are the messaging service providers and carriers that transmit messages on our behalf, and they may use it solely to deliver those messages.
5. When we share information
We share information only with service providers who work on our behalf under contract (such as our messaging provider, pharmacy partners, payment processors, and hosting providers), with your treating providers, when you direct us to, and when required by law or to protect safety. We never sell your personal information.
6. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep contact submissions and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to document your consent, and we keep medical records for the period required by applicable state and federal law. Consent records are retained after opt-out to evidence the original consent and the opt-out itself.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us; some records must be retained by law. You can withdraw text message consent by replying STOP, unsubscribe from email using the link in any marketing email, and ask us to stop calling you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, which we honor without discrimination.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the effective date below. Material changes affecting how we message you will be communicated before they take effect, and any new category of messaging requires new consent.
